- Get the right nutrients
A diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit is helpful to boost the immune system and reduce the chances of you getting a cold or flu. Load up on a whole foods plant-based diet and reduce the sugar intake for better overall health this season.
- Make sure to catch your Zzz’s
It’s recommended to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. During this time, your body can recuperate from daily exposure to toxins. If you’re getting fewer than 7 hours, it’s time to prioritize your health.
