October Events For The Whole Family!The first official day of fall is still a few days away, and the California weather is showing no signs of cooling down. From Saturday, October 17th through the 18th, head out to the Antioch Marina for the Delta Thunder Powerboat Championship! Both days of the event will feature Sport Boat Racing in the Delta, and Saturday will also feature a car show. This exciting event is hosted by Antioch Rivertown Jamboree and Celebrate Antioch Foundation, and is not an event that you will want to miss out on!
Award-winning comedian, Marc Yafee, is coming to the Comedy Club at the California Theatre on October 17th at 8 p.m.! Marc has been featured on the Showtime special, Goin' Native: The American Indian Comedy Slam, The Latino Laugh Festival, and Comics Unleased with Byron Allen. He also won the Ventura Comedy Festival's Funniest Person Contest in 2012. Bring the whole family to enjoy his funny, not filthy jokes and get ready to laugh all night long!
