It's time for the 2016 edition of Antioch's annual 4th of July Celebration!July is just around the corner, and you know what that means - a holiday weekend! 4th of July festivities are going to take place all across the country, but you don't have to go far to enjoy some of the best. The annual 4th of July Celebration right here in Antioch promises an amazing time!
Presented by the Celebrate Antioch Foundation, this 2016's brings fun for the whole family. There will be a Kids Zone with family games so your little ones will have plenty to do.
But this isn't just for the kiddies. They've got adult-friendly happenings like an impressive car show and live entertainment. On top of all of that, there will be prizes and, of course, no Independence Day celebration would be complete without fireworks! Antioch's event boasts one of the best firework shows in Contra Costa.
All of the fun starts at 3:00 p.m. at the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds (1201 W 10th Street in Antioch). Show up on time, because the festivities kick off with a parade you won't want to miss!
